I was a little confused and am concerned about the difference in CPM numbers between the salesman and the installation crew.

I haven't check ALL the windows, but I did notice that some caulking was missed on a couple -- the bottom of one window and part of the side of another. I also don't think the high set of windows of a vaulted wall were caulked.
The Cleanup Process
Left out a couple of small pieces of insulation in the basement but otherwise did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
