Satisfaction with the job we did for you: 5 WOW Service We have had no water in our basement since the job was completed - even with the rainiest year on record. Prior to having the basement done, we had a significant amount of water throughout the basement with EVERY significant rain (over an inch).

Office Staff 5 WOW Service They've always been responsive when I've called -- getting me to the right person to address my concern.
Salesperson and sales presentation 5 WOW Service John did a nice job. I didn't even get any other estimates after his presentation.
Our installation crew 5 WOW Service They went beyond what I would have expected -- hosing down the basement (and drying it), as well as assisting me with a separate issue that had i had been unable to fix for over a year.
The cleanup process 5 WOW Service They hauled away all residue, hosed down my basement (mud from the water leakage was also cleaned away), dried the basement, and they even used some of the excess concrete patch to fill spots in my driveway.

I really was quite happy with every phase of the job. I am using them again to put glass block windows in my basement.
